Returns and Refunds Policy - Zyra Fashion
At Zyra Fashion, we strive to deliver garments of the highest quality. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we have established a clear process to handle your request.
1. Return Window We accept return requests within 14 calendar days from the date your order is delivered. After this period, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
2. Conditions for Returns To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, with all original tags intact, and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on underwear or intimate accessories.
3. Return Shipping and International Facilities Please note that our collections are dispatched from our international partner fulfillment centers. In the event of a return due to a change of mind, sizing error by the customer, or general dissatisfaction, the customer must ship the item back to our primary processing warehouse, which is located outside of Europe.

All international return shipping costs are the sole and exclusive responsibility of the customer.

We strongly recommend using a trackable courier service, as Zyra Fashion is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
4. Defective or Incorrect Items If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please accept our apologies. In these exceptional cases, we will evaluate the matter to send a complimentary replacement or issue a full refund without requiring you to return the item.

with your order number. Our team will provide the international shipping address. Once the warehouse receives and inspects your package, we will notify you of your refund approval. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.
